MedDev is a development and consulting firm exclusively dedicated to the healthcare industry. We create development opportunities that provide you with capital in the form of cash. We specialize in the "design, finance and build" of facilities for our healthcare clients, taking their projects from "concept to completion." We do this by assisting them develop their underutilized assets/properties that will house programs and services needed to fuel future growth. These programs/services may include medical offices, ambulatory care, staff housing, assisted living, skilled nursing and other facilities. Our clients include hospitals, nursing homes, physician practices and other related entities.
